Apex Associates Inc. offers many different softwares, courses, and done-for-you advertising and software services to our clients, each of which have their own refund policies.

Any product sold by or on behalf of Apex Associates Inc. will have CLEARLY on any sales material the refund policy along with a link to this page prior to purchasing. All order forms and checkout forms will also clearly indicate our refund policies and link to this page here for further reference.

Below are listed the current offerings from Apex Associates Inc. along with their respective refund period:

Agency Academy – 30 day refund period. $1000 price point. Product is fully available at time of purchase.

All Done-For-You Agency Services – 30 day refund period. This includes, but is not limited to, all Software as a Service, Search Engine Optimization, Advertising Management Services.

How To Request A Refund

If you would like more information about the refund process, or you would like to request a refund on a product that you purchase, please contact our head of support via email at team@apexagency.com and to help expedite the process please use the word REFUND in the subject line.

Our team will contact you back and see if your situation can be resolved. If the issues cannot be resolved and you are within the refund window, then we will honor our refund guarantee.
